Preparation
Move any furniture to center (we do not remove wall hangings, must be done by homeowner)
Cover floors as needed with runners (drops)
Cover furniture if needed
Remove all switch plates
Patch any holes or small nicks
Sanding and priming walls as needed
Painting
Start off by painting any ceilings
Cut in wall corners and ceilings with angled sash brush
Roll walls with 9 or 18 inch roller paying special attention to coverage
Clean up
Remove all drop cloths
Clean floors of any paint or debris
Move all furniture back in place
Take all trash out and mark extra paint
DO a final walk through with client
Preparation
Pressure wash home removing any dirt and debris
Scrape and sand any loose paint (within reason)
Prime exterior of home where scraped/sanded
Same process applies to window prep/painting
Painting
Paint window trim by hand with angled sash brush
Paint all siding with 3-4 inch barn brush
Walk around home with home owner to verify work
Touch up any remaining areas
Clean up
Remove any drop cloths (runners)
Remove trash and all excess paint
Clean grounds
Day one
Prep floor for painting, clean and degrease floor, power wash floor if needed.
Day two
Acid etch floor using muriatic acid (if needed).
Day two/three
Let floor dry for 48 hours, during this time you should not be on floor.
Day four
Apply Quikrete Epoxy floor coating with decorative flakes.
Day five
Apply Shield-Crete Glaze coating with anti-slip aggregate (if requested), wait two more days before you can walk on.
Day one
Pressure wash deck (wait one day for drying)
Day three
Scuff sand any raised edges or noticeable imperfections (if needed)
Day three
Replace any deck boards (if needed or desired)
Day three
Apply one coat Sherwin Williams Deckscapes in color of customer choice
Day one
Pressure wash fence (wait one day for drying)
Day three
Apply one coat Sherwin Williams Deckscapes in color of customer choice
Day one
Prime out house spraying all ceilings, walls, closets and garage
Day two (or when trim out is complete):
Fill all nail holes on window, baseboard, crown, chair rail, door jambs etc.
Sand all areas that were spackled making sure not to over sand
Caulk all baseboards, windows, door casings, crown, chair rail etc.
Day three
Prime all baseboards, windows, door casings, crown, chair rail etc.
Finish coat all baseboards, windows, door casings, crown, chair rail etc.
Sand all baseboards, windows, door casings, crown, chair rail etc.
Prime cut around all baseboards, windows, door casings, crown, and chair rail etc.
Day Four
Spray all doors including bi-folds, interior doors, exterior doors, garage doors
Cut and roll finish coat on walls with paints provided by client
